International Presidents Meeting

For the year of 2020, AIESEC’s annual International Presidents Meeting took place in Moscow, Russia. With a global network of 32,000 members, we wanted to bring the experience to wherever they are.

AIESEC

AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run organisation with the aim to engage and develop leadership in youth. Every year, International Presidents Meeting gathers young leaders from 126+ countries and territories to plan and strategise the organisation’s ambition.

Livestream

We wanted to deliver the very basic of livestream – visual and audio. Our audience needs to hear what is being delivered and see what is being presented. With our setup, not only we have crystal clear audio, we also got the presenter slides integrated so people can follow through the content better.

Elections

The election for the next president of AIESEC International is one of the main highlighted event. This also marks the first livestream event we delivered to kickstart the conference.

Keynotes & Partner’s Day

One of the opportunities external partners are leveraging is to engage and connect with AIESEC’s large membership of young people to attract talents for their worldwide operations.
